POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT: ALL LISTINGS MUST BE REGISTERED IN OUR INTERNAL SYSTEM

In our attempt to make sure Signature Realty is in compliance, all agents MUST input their listings into our backend system on ClickUp moving forward.

If the Real Estate Commission walked into our office, they can ask for any transaction file, we want to make sure as your leaders, we do our best to remove you from any wrong doing. We do not want you to violate any regulations nor do we want you to be fined.

In addition, by adding your listings to the link above, your listings will also be shared to all 400+ agents in our office giving it the exposure it deserves!

SIGNATURE REALTY OFFICE CLOSINGS & IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS

As part of our commitment to stability and growth, we have decided to transition from renting our offices to owning them. Consequently, we did not renew our leases for the following locations:

• Summit (lease end June 30th)

• Jersey City (lease ends June 30th)

• Somerset (lease ends September 30th)

Please ensure that any personal belongings are removed from these offices as soon as possible. All Signature agents are welcomed to utilize the Somerset, Westfield, or Ridgewood offices in the meantime.

If you have any closings happening in July and beyond, I recommend submitting a new commission invoice with the Westfield office where we will be processing all payments, feel free to get assistance on Live Chat.
