Please read this email in its entirety.

Hey Signature agent,

As you are aware, the new Real Estate Consumer Protection Enhancement Act went into effect yesterday on August 1, 2024. Moving forward, you MUST cohere to the new changes outlined regarding open houses starting this weekend.

Most importantly, please remember that the Open House Disclosure Notice must be on display and also next to the sign-in sheet. Keep in mind, if you are showing homes to your clients, a Buyers Agreement must be signed prior to showing any properties.
